Reply:american eagle, delias, wet seal, abercrombie, hollister, journeys, alloy, shoe carnival, puma, Charlotte russe, aeropostale, buckle, sometimes claires or icing or hot topic, gap, limited too, payless, victorias secret, and even jcpennys, dillards, macys or target. i know some of these stores dont sound like teen stores but a lot of times they have pretty good shoes.
