Help! prom soon, bruised and battered heels, and backless shoes! what can i do?!?
I don't know what you did to bruise your heels, try getting a pedicure, and drink lots of water... it will cleanse your body and maybe lighten the bruises. I don't think anybody will really be looking at your feet anyway.
Reply:Well, if you aren't wearing panty hose, maybe find some light colored make up and blend it in with your skin to cover up the bruises. Simple, yet effective. Good luck and have a super time at prom!!
Reply:soak ur feet in warm-hot water every night for like 20-25 mins then apply a thick layer of moisturiser and then wear socks and sleep. within 4 days everythins gonna be fine and also go for a pedicure after 4 days to remove all the dead skin...wallah perfect feet for prom night!!
Reply:Unrefined shea butter
Reply:Go to a nail salon %26amp; get a pedicure. They'll fix you right up %26amp; even sell you special cream.
Reply:buy new shoes
Reply:use coco butter daily morning and night. you may have to make an emergency trip to a salon . use a pumice stone on rough areas as well. no activities that will make them worse!!
Reply:depending on what you mean by bruised and battered heels, you can either go get a pedicure or you can use makeup to cover it up for the night. Get the aresol make up spray, they have some specifically for legs, and it will stay for the night without anyone even knowing it is there. Have fun, hope that helps you.
Reply:Sally Hansen makes a mist spray for legs that covers up bruises, discolorations, etc. I can't remember the name, but I used it for my best friend's wedding and it was excellent!
Reply:What happened?? Can you get new shoes that will hide it? Otherwise, maybe some of these will help, but I've never tried any of them, so I don't know.

-Elevate your feet every night for at least 15 min (maybe help drain the bruising???? It's what they say for vericose viens and swollen feet)

-Alternate hot %26amp; cold packs (??? I know it works for sprained ankles)

-See an alternative healer (acupunture?? Massage??)

-Pray
Reply:I like the traditional Moroccan way of doing it -

Sit in a hot bathtub or even a hot bathroom (as hot as a sauna if possible) and rub some black soap into your heels (olive oil soap works too, if you can't find either just use any thick soap or shower cream) - then use a pumice stone to scrub them. Rinse, soap up again, repeat.
