As for your question - Andy C, if you are after medically built up check with your local hospital. If you are after wedges and high shoes you may be better having a day of calling around the local shoe shops. To find them I would suggest you use www.upmystreet.com. Where you can put in your postcode and request a specific type of business to search for, in this case 'shoe stores' or 'mens shoe stores' etc and see what turns up. I wish you luck.
