My foot has a very, very low arch, not completely flat...but almost....I am always wearing flip flops because I seem to be very uncomfortable in heels or any other shoe...what can I do to be able to wear high heels comfortably?
Can a flat foot wear heels comfortably???
But some gel inserts or padded inserts and see if that helps.
Reply:they sell these compable pads that u can put in shoes to make it feel a little better. they are at shoe time on buckeye and payless any of then or just any shoe store by ur home.
