My feet are wide and I have bunions. It is very painful when i go on my tippy toes, so i have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I wear orthotics. But the summer is coming, and I want to wear dresses and skirts. What kind of shoes will look good? Can i buy , or custom make dress shoes, that will fit my foot with minimum pain. I am so conscious when I am invited to parties or an evening out, because I do not have any shoes that will "work". Can anyone please help me with some advice or suggestions.?

wear flats.you can buy them everywhere and there pretty cheap!
