How can i repair cracked/dry heels?
Pop to Boots - they have some brilliant stuff which I can't remember the name of!! Specially for cracked heels - comes in a tube.
Reply:Boots make a really good cream for this. It's called Gorgeous feet cracked heel repair. Visible results in just 3 days.

I use it, it's good. Costs about £3-50.
Reply:Get a professional pedicure.
Reply:You need to get professional pedicures and put a rich lotion on your heels after bathing.
Reply:Amy Z, I keep my feet together by 1 - wrapping them in a white towel in a foot basin and soaking the towel with apple cider vinegar. Let the vinegar work about 15 - 20 minutes. When you unwrap your feet, all of the dead skin will come right off; shower and 2 - use Therapeutic Foot Cream and Herbal Relief Spray by Aularale Cosmetics (aularale.com/7002). I'm certain this will work for you too.
Reply:If your heels are dried and cracked then maybe you should go to a coblers
Reply:You need heel balm with urea content, try boots or chemists. You need to put it on at night and in the morning, it is amazing stuff, it will repair the cracks and keep your feet soft. Also i would suggest if you wear ballet pump type of shoes to put some Softness of Suede luxury insoles in them. They are great and it feels like you are walking on silk. They come in gorgeous colours and animal print and stick in your shoes so they don't move around. They are only £5.50 a pair too!. I've got them in most of my shoes especially my heels as they really comfort your feet! Try prettypinktoes.co.uk for them

Reply:I have this problem too mostly in the summer sandal season. I soak my feet in warm water, and use one of those heel files to slough off the dead skin, then I slather them in foot cream, hand cream or vaseline what ever is on hand, wrap them in plastic wrap or even a plastic shopping bag put on socks and sleep this way, there is noticeable difference in the morning, and if you do this for about a week every night then you will only have to keep moisturizing cream on them after to make them smooth. ( just be careful when you try to walk with the plastic and socks on - its slippery :)
Reply:You won't like hearing this, but cracked heels can be a symptom of certain varieties of Athlete's Foot. Try some cream for that first.

Reply:over the years i have found out that the best cure for skin complaints such as, cracked, split, hard etc is genuine tea tree oil, get an old bowl fill with enough warm water to cover your feet, put about 6 drops of the oil in the water, then soak your feet until the water is cold, 7 times a week, try it !
Reply:You can soak you feet for about 20 minutes (or right after a shower), then use a pumice stone to get rid of all of the dry skin on your heels. Apply a thick cream, not lotion, to your heels. (Cream is thicker and contains more moisturizers. You can also try Body butter by bath and body.) Right before bed you can apply the cream then put on socks to go to bed, this helps your feet absorb moisture. In the morning you will have soft skin. As for the balls of your feet, you need shoes that provide good fore front cushioning. Or buy a gel insole for that particular part of your foot. Insoles absorb shock as well as provide cushioning. You can find them at Foot Locker, Payless, mostly any shoe store. Good Luck!
