What can I put in my high heels to make my feet stop sliding down?

I have some heels that whenever I wear pantyhose my feet slide down in the toe. This hurts my toes and also makes my shoes slide off my heel when I walk? Is there anything I can insert into my heels to correct this problem? What are they called and where can I buy them? Thanks.

They're called Foot Petals and they work absolutely great!!! I have a pair in all of my shoes, I use tip toes, they prevent "toe scrunch" which is what you've described!- You can either buy them online, or at some victoria secret stores, or bath and body work stores, and sometimes other random stores have them too! On their website you should be able to check which stores carry them! (you can also find them on ebay for pretty cheap!) :-)
Reply:Silicon padding.

Or a Tissue (for a cheaper and more convenient option) to hold your toes in the front. It will set a gap betn the toes and show edge. Also will absorb the sweat ( if any ) and avoid smell..
Reply:Thanks for asking that. I wanted to know too.
Reply:i think they have a gel thing you could put inside ur show. Nort only will it keep your foot from sliding but also it makes it feel good.
Reply:Dr Scholl's inserts. Best bet is to buy high heel shoes that provide good heel support .... if you support your heel, the forward part of your feet are less likely to slide down.
Reply:Shoe petals. They are sold at Aldo shoe stores or Bakers shoe stores and other shoe stores too. Or type Shoe petals into your search engine. They really do the job with out adding extra bulk and making your shoe tight like insole inserts do
Reply:Hmmm, if your feet are well cared and well shaped, probably...my tongue...*smile*!
Reply:my partner uses SCHOLL 'party feet' but as peaches said.. footpetels will also do the job too (or any silicon padding)
Reply:Try putting you feet in them.................
