For everyday I would suggest going no higher than a 3" heel. I wear 4" to 5" heels at home after work but I'm not out going to work or the store in them. I do wear the 5" heels for a night out on the town though.

they aren't good in general but go with a lower one if you are an exec or something and your job requires you to dressv up. If you go for a higher one, wear some kind of gel insoles to help the ball of the foot. But if you can get away with not having to wear them every day, don't but they are certainly nice to wear out for a night on the town.. I love heels because Im only five ft so i understand if you want to wear them...good luck...

Reply:Not more than an inch and a half at the most two. You dont wanna risk lower back aches or calf muscle aches and osteoporosis.
