Shoe help! walking in them?

i used to walk in "baby heels"








now i got my first pair of HIGH HEELS LIKE womans shoes











what r some excersizes i can do to help myself walk without falling!?

Shoe help! walking in them?
Do some calf raises, and practice walking on your toes. Every pair of heels is different, so you have to learn to "feel" for where the heel itself is in comparison to your strides. Remember to bend your knees. You should practice walking in them around your house before you try them in public. Oh, and when you are walking on rough pavement or uneven ground, just walk on your toes, your heel will most likely get caught in the uneven ground and cause you to trip and fall. so when the ground gets rough.. tip toe!! Reply:I remember the first time I tried walking in high heels, I luv high heels and i am the master of walking in them. Balance is the key of walking in high heels. The only way you can get any better is practice. Just try walking around in the high heels.
Reply:Anything that strengthens your calf muscles. Stand straight up. Raise yourself up onto your toes. You should feel the pull in your calves. Lower yourself back down until your heels are just barely touching the floor, then raise back up. Do 3 sets of 8 every other day. You will notice your muscles getting stronger. That is a good exercise because walking in heels will make you feel as if you are on your toes most of the time anyway, and you need strong calf muscles. They also make your legs look sexier and longer.
Reply:The only thing that you can do to work on not falling is practice. You can do calf raises or whatever you want, but wearing those things around the house will work out your calves and over time they will make your calves look really lean and good. A tip for walking in them though is go heel to toe, heel to toe, because with high heels it looks strange if you're trying to walk toe to heel. Just look up, shoulders back, and wear them as much as you can, you should be a pro in no time! Good Luck!
Reply:the only thing you can do is practice walking around your house in them...ALOT, before you wear them out anywhere
Reply:Walk on your toes and practice at home first. Wear them around the house for awhile and do exercises like bending down to pick something up. You'll get the hang of them in no time. I've been wearing them since I was 12 and wear them every day since. Good luck with it.
