Ok, I bought a pair of shoes the other day (Nike Flight), and I have done some intense running in the past few days. All of a sudden my heels are hurting, because my new shoes are rubbing up against them. My old shoes were Nike Shox (High Tops). How do I make the rubbing stop?
I bought new shoes, and the backs rub against my heels...?
You can geet these band-aid type things called blister blockers...they are awesome!!!
Reply:Go to a shoe repair shop and get the backs stretched out. Tell them what they are doing to your heel and the tops need to be tipped out at the back.
Reply:I would exchange them while they are still fairly new. Hope you still have the sales reciept?
Reply:Wear higher socks, until your foot gets used to the rubbing.
If not, got back to Nike Shox.
Go buy some Air Max instead.
Reply:ok i know this is going to sound whacked but rub vasoline on to the back of the shoes and work the shoe back, bending it etc. I do this on my kids soccer shoes when they are new and works for them.
