Reply:Almost anywhere - Target, Kohls, Walmart, Famous Footwear, Payless, etc. You will find them to be mostly sandals, boots, heels, and sometimes flipflops, though. It is harder to find sneakers with 3 inch heels. I'd do a google/yahoo search for them. I bought a pair of 2-3 inch sketchers sneakers from Fashion Bug.
