Both my Mom and sister say that i should not wear flat shoes because i wear high heels so much?

They claim i will hurt my self if i try walking in flat shoes for a day after wearing high heels all the time, is this true?

You can still wear flat shoes, but I wouldnt try wearing them all day. You kinda have to ease yourself into them.
Reply:Eventhough Mom knows best, high heels have NEVER been recommended for anyone. If you do want to change a bit, and I hope you do, start changing slowly.


I am sure your muscles along your legs, as well as your buttocks will start to ¨stretch¨ a little more as you let them with lower heels. Have you tried asking a neighboring doctor too?

use flat shoes for your daily activity. you can use high heels if there any events.. like party or something like that. you don't wanna get your heel hurt, right..

Reply:Oh no that's not even true! If you've been wearing high heels then of course your feet will be comfortable with flat shoes especially if you've been wearing heels all day and in your case all the time lol
Reply:That's not true at all because i practically live in heels and on days that i feel like wearing flats im perfectly fine. I guess it just depends on the person
Reply:no way! wearing heels too long can really strain your legs. you would actually doing your feet a favor by resting them in comfy flats.
