Both of the items you've selected are great and on trend - but for two different seasons!





The capris look more Fall 2006. The whale (thickness of the cord) is too heavy for an open toe summer shoe. They would look better with a nice knee length stiletto boot.





The closed back sandals are phenominal and sexy in a very classic manner. Excellent choice!! If you are determined to pair them with a capri, I'd go with a more fitted shilouette that will acccentuate and elongate your leg. Definately go with a lighter weight fabric as well like a cotton or linen.

Capris are one of the ugliest things I've ever seen.
Reply:Capris make women look like fat cows. I've NEVER seen it look good on ANYONE. I laugh at people who wear capris...fashion victims!
Reply:If you can find Roman shoes (shoes with zig-zag leg creeping leather laces) with capris they would look super sexy.
Reply:I would recommend sandals with a smaller heel. Sandals, the same color as the top you plan to wear with the capris, would be great. Even though I realize that the wide-bottom capris are in right now, I'd much rather the capris that fit tighter to your leg. I think they look much sexier with heels.

Reply:I don't think the color palette is great. You have camel colored cords, and tan colored shoes. You should add a brighter shoe, or different capris.





The style definitely isn't really "elegant". Instead of cords for capris, use a nicer material that is more fitted to the body, but not too tight.

This dress is sexy, and can be dressed up or down with different shoes and accesories.
Reply:Capri's are too casual for the shoes. Try to find something in a smoother fabric. Bermuda shorts (if you want to go shorter) and heels are really in right now.
Reply:I think that looks cute but you might want to try some wedges with those pants. Those shoes look a bit too dressy for them but narrow wedges will add just enough sex appeal to the "Cargo-ish" look of those pants.
