Should tall girls where flats or heels?

okay so i have a friend whos really tall and shes always asking me wether she should buy flats or heels when shes shoe shopping because of her height? what type of shoes are better for someone with a tall figure?

Reply:Okay. Coming from a proud 6-foot-tall 16 year old, I'm going to say that she should get WHATEVER she likes the best.





If she wants to flaunt the fact that she has a long, enviable (I said, ENVIABLE: some might envy, not all!) body, then, wear heels!





Also, she can wear flats without making her look chubby and thick-legged.





But, tell her that when she sees a shoe she likes, BUY THEM no matter the height!

I'm 5'9 and I wear heels every chance I get. (Which isn't often).

I've only met a few taller girls who were comfortable enough with their height to wear heels. Personally, I think it's absolutely awesome to see tall girls in heels.

High heels make your butt look rounder, your gait more sexy, and your legs look thinner and longer. I'd choose heels whenever possible, since I've never known a man who was horribly turned off by tall looking, slender-looking girls with a good sense of style.





They're not appropriate for a lot of settings, but then again, flats aren't appropriate for a lot of settings, either. It depends on where she is, but she sure as hell shouldn't reject heeled shoes just because she's tall. That's just silly.

Tall people have many social advantages over short people. Tall girls should take advantage of this bias in their favor and look as tall as possible at every occasion and at all times.

Reply:I am almost 6 ft tall and when given the chance to, I buy HEELS! Makes me taller than my husband, but I personally believe that tall women are sexy as hell! Flats can make your feet appear to be fatter than they are, heels make them appear more slender and lady like too... tell your friend to rock what she has and NEVER be ashamed of being tall!
