What are some nice feminine and casual shoes besides sandals or heels?

I changed up my style little bit lately. It's still very casual, but more feminine. I'm going to back to school soon and I need some new shoes. We can't wear anything backless, that show any toes, or heels. I can't wear my usual Chucks or Addias all the time since doesn't really go with some of the new clothes I bought.





The first thing that came to my mind are flats, but I was wondering if anyone can suggest ones they like or where I can find some nice and casual flats. I was also thinking of Vans, but too many people I know already wear them so I'm kinda sick of Vans. But I was thinking of buying something similiar to Vans.





But can anybody suggest any other options for casual and feminine shoes or sneakers?

Reply:If your tall like me flats are a mainstay, but one thing I always have in my closet is a good pair of ballet slippers they are in right now but even when they are out they can still be a solid staple for your shoe repertoire
Reply:First, if you're going for a casual feminine look, don't buy Vans, or Vans like shoes-they'll just give you a skater look. Second, if you want casual and feminine look, go for ballet flats. They flatter everyone and are really comfortable. I say try Payless, they always have cute shoes for cheap and the shoes are usually of good quaility.

Reply:Wedge heels are great they come in different heights and different styles they look great with skirts or long jeans or even capri's i have 5 different kinds of wedge heel shoes.
Reply:Definitely flats. urbanoutfitters has some really cute ones. Also vans...i love them they have new patterns and design, so you can be a little different from the standard checkered pattern Vans. I have to polka dot ones, and i wear them a lot!
