Ladies please help! How do you stop your heels from slipping in and out of shoes?

I bought a pair of heels which are my usual size and for some reason it seems as though the back is a little too wide for my heels. They aren't sandals so they don't have a strap that I could tighten, everytime I take a step my foot slips out of the shoe.

Ladies please help! How do you stop your heels from slipping in and out of shoes?
Just put in some foot cushions into the shoes. It makes it tighter. Trust me it works, I do it all the time.
Reply:There are some special things for heels that you can buy at the store.
Reply:put some tissue at the top of the heel until you heel meets the back of the shoe.
Reply:Avon has a product called Foot Petals and they are little pads that you can stick in your shoe that stops your foot from slipping. There are some for under the ball of your foot to to stop your foot from sliding forward in open toed shoes. They work!!!
Reply:That happens to me with my favorite flats....haha I just make it work! You could totally pull it off!
Reply:theirs not much u can do now.
Reply:get one of those things that you put in the back of shoes to prevent slipping. they have them at payless, dont know what they are called exactly but if you ask one of the workers there they will know.
Reply:Put a Dr. Scholl's pad in the shoe at the ball of your foot and use heel grabbers inside the heels. It's because with heels your foot slips forward slightly.
Reply:you could try putting bandaids on the inside to make it thicker. that might prevent your foot from slipping out because it would make the shoe thicker. Good luck!
Reply:you can buy inersoles and heel grips at most stores both will help.
Reply:I have found that it depends on where you buy the shoes from. For some reason, if I buy a pair of shoes from 3 different stores, in my size, each shoe will have a different fit. I have this problem especially when I buy shoes from Payless. Did you get yours from Payless?
Reply:I have this problem, too, it's annoying. I asked someone in the Steve Madden store andthe sales girl gave me these heels strips meant specifically for that (they look like bandaids), and you peel themoff and line the inner heels of your shoe. They don't QUITE work, but they help a lot
Reply:then why don't you try to change your size, might work
