Anyone know the dress code for "the shoe department"?

I start today and the manager rambled through the dress code...





All i hear was slacks... no open toe shoes or heels....something tucked in...button down shirt...





I have a cute outift picked out but i hope he didnt say it has to be tucked in? and it looks very work apropriate.

Anyone know the dress code for "the shoe department"?
I would suspect that the "tucked in" part was for the guys. Lots younger guys look very sloppy with shirts out.





If does apply to you, can you just tuck the top in? It may not look as nice but it would probably look OK.
Reply:if you wear a button down shirt should be loose fitting as "not' to gap in front! slackes worn should right length as to not trip dont wear high heels as you'll proably using a ladder to retrieve items...shirt should be tuckin to prevent snagging on something .
Reply:Keep it simple. Make sure no-one can see up your skirt or down your blouse when squatting to measure feet, or help people try on shoes.
