Are shoes with high heels fashionable in France and in USA? Do women wear them there on everyday basis?

heels never go out of fashion. the style might change a little, but they are always in fashion. right now, for spring this style is really happening!

Are shoes with high heels fashionable in France and in USA? Do women wear them there on everyday basis?
I only wear high heels when I have to. Such as weddings, baptisms, church or when I am in a meeting. Other than that, I wear flats as much as possible. I think it's more because I am already 5'9" and majority of the people I know are already shorter than me. I look completely weird towering over everyone in the office, including the men.....lol. But that's my personal choice. Oh, not from US, but from Canada.

Reply:I wear high heels everyday and I'm American. i don't know about France, but I would think it was the same. You don't have to wear them everyday, that's a personal choice, but I personally do.
